5.1 taya02 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT cryptocurrency, and QR Ph-compatible payment methods.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and taya02, you agree to first contact the taya02 support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory remedies.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or referred to such regulatory arbitration or dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under taya02's applicable licensing conditions.
14.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
